Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 5–8 business days after processing.

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Do you ship outside the United States?
We currently ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How do I request a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
Contact us at support@dishaura.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item.
